### **Working Together**

_(Our Agreement)_

### **1. What This Is**

This text outlines how we work together. It’s based on clarity, respect, and a shared understanding — so we can both focus on what matters: the photography itself.

### **2. Booking & Confirmation**

Our collaboration begins when we agree on a date and scope. Any changes will be confirmed in writing, to keep things clear for both of us.

### **3. The Nature of Photographic Work**

My work is about presence, not prediction. I commit my full attention, experience, and care to your day. However, because I work responsively to real moments, I cannot guarantee specific shots or scenes.

After our time together, I curate and edit the images according to my visual approach. I deliver the finished photographs — unedited files or RAW data are not part of the service.

### **4. Delivering Your Images**

You’ll receive your selected images as high-resolution digital files. I’ll let you know when to expect them.

I typically keep archives for about a year, but I don’t offer permanent or guaranteed file storage.

### **5. Fees & Payment**

We agree on the fee upfront. Any travel costs will be transparently discussed beforehand.

The invoice is due within **10 days** of delivery. Rights to use the images are granted once the invoice has been settled in full.

### **6. Using Your Images**

You receive the right to use the images privately — to share with family, print for yourself, or post on personal social media (as long as the images aren’t altered).

A credit is always appreciated **where possible**.

For any commercial use (advertising, brochures, campaigns, etc.), we’ll make a separate agreement.

### **7. How I Use the Images**

With your kind permission, I may use selected images in my portfolio, on my website, or on social media to show my work.

You can change your mind about this at any time; this will only affect future use.

I will never sell your images or pass them on to third parties for advertising or stock purposes.

### **8. If Plans Change**

Life happens. If you need to cancel less than **24 hours** before our session, a **50% fee** may apply to cover the reserved time.

In cases of illness or unexpected events, let’s talk — I would always prefer finding a fair new date over applying penalties.

### **9. Our Shared Responsibility**

You ensure that everyone being photographed is comfortable with it and that no third-party rights are violated.

While I am attentive, I cannot assume supervisory responsibility for children during a session.

### **10. Your Data**

Any personal information you share stays between us. It is used only for communication and for our project, in line with applicable data protection laws (GDPR).

### **11. In Good Faith**

If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid, the remaining sections remain in effect.

This agreement is governed by **applicable Spanish law**.
