Stories

Time with people is what holds these images together.

Some photographs begin with a clear occasion: a birthday, a family visit, a portrait, a couple, a production day. Others begin more simply — with time set aside and people allowed to be themselves.

This page gathers those quieter commissions and personal chapters. Different reasons, same attention.

Not every story needs a large occasion.

A walk, an afternoon, a few days together — sometimes that is enough.

Portraits · birthdays · behind the scenes

A portrait can be quiet and still say a lot. For me, Stories is not a smaller version of Weddings or Events. It is the place for work that is closer, looser and often more personal.

There may be no programme, no stage and no formal timeline. The structure comes from attention: who is there, what changes between people, and what appears when nothing has to be performed.

Between roles

Some images belong to the spaces between roles. Behind-the-scenes, portraits, birthdays, friends, families, couples — they are not leftovers from other categories.

Often they are the photographs where people are least protected by a programme, a role or a schedule. That makes them quieter. And sometimes more direct.

Behind the scenes · personal work

When there is no formal event to follow, the rhythm has to come from looking longer: small shifts in posture, a face between takes, the moment just before somebody notices the camera.

Stories

Enough time for things to feel unforced. For families, portraits, couples, birthdays and personal work, the first step is simple: tell me who will be there, where we are, and what kind of time you want to remember.

If this way of working resonates,

a quiet first message is enough.
